Implementation of Oracle Financials at 3 sites including establishing a group shared service centre for accounting and payroll.
Implementation of Oracle Purchasing, Order Management and Warehouse Management at 2 sites.
Implementation of Oracle Discrete Manufacturing at 2 sites.
Management and specification of a portfolio of over 50 non-invasive customisations.
Specification of the data migration strategy, methodology and tools for finance and manufacturing.
Management of the hosting relationship between the group and Oracle On-Demand.
Administration of the Discoverer End User Layer, and delivery of Financial and Operational Workbooks.
Use of i Tutor to document procedures, system navigation and training.
